Our amenity complex, which will be directly connected to our on-site brewpub, will offer various areas for residents and guests to hang out, enjoy the lifestyle of industrial chic living, and convene as one community. This former “Boiler House” complex will also house various functional necessities such as mail room, package concierge lockers, and our property management/leasing office.
TENANT LOUNGE, PARTY ROOM
We envision this being open as a reading space and lounge, during most weekdays, and allowing tenants to reserve this exclusively for private events and parties during the evenings and weekend. This floor will include a wet bar, private restroom, countertop for staging buffets or gifts, and large flatscreen TV and seating areas oriented around the large brick wall.

The Fitness Center at Stehli Silk Mill will include a variety of machines and free weights, including Treadmills, Ellipticals, Rowing Machines, plates and kettlebells of varying weights, and more. Mail & Package Room
Here we will centrally locate all personal mailboxes for the complex, and also implement a parcel “concierge” locker system that notifies residents via text or email when their orders have arrived. We will also utilize the upper shelf/mezzanine as a package storage area for larger deliveries.
